This practice improves stamina, endurance, strength, and flexibility. It strengthens and tones the muscles overtime, releases toxins from the body, and releases tension within the body. Compared to Vinyasa yoga, Power Flow yoga is more intense. The goal in ever class is to create a high level of energy. Power yoga is often referred to as gym yoga.
