They are immeasurable because we generate love, compassion, joy, and equanimity to an immeasurable number of sentient beings. We can heal the afflictions of hatred, loneliness, anger, attachments, sorrow, and fear that come from The Five Poisons. Through wellness practices that incorporate the The Four Immeasurables, we can heal The Five Poisons that are the roots of suffering.
